Pauline has lived in St Albans for 22 years and was elected to the Shirley - Papanui Community Board in 2007, as a result of her successful stand on the Edgeware Pool closure.

Tim is known for his role on the Aranui Primary School board and has written four books on the area. Tim advocates for beautifying Christchurch and reducing tagging.
Natalie has lived in the area for 41 years and worked for the District Health Board. She's been a committee member and chair of South Hornby School's Board of Trustees for 6 years.

Glenn has worked as a Presbyterian Minister for 20 years. He has advocated for Social Housing tenants clean water and balance between city and ward bus needs.
Brenda is truly a multi-cultural Kiwi and has lived in the ward for 23 years. She has pioneered programmes for low income people and wants a strong, safe and healthy community.

Helene is a local resident and a speech therapist. She supports good, modern design, business activity and practical environmentalism. She opposes asset sales.

Karolin is an educator in the Human Rights Commission and a JP. Concerns are gaps between those who have and do not and the environment.

Glenn has put aside 20 years as a Presbyterian Minister to represent Burwood/Pegasus, where he and wife Anthea were engaged. He has worked with the Burwood Presbyterian Church in finding a Minister. Glenn has advocated for Social Housing tenants and been involved in the Canterbury Our Water movement. He would like a cleaner Avon river than that he has kayaked in, pure drinking water (opposed CPW) and balance between city and ward bus needs. Council fiscal responsibility, open decision-making and stronger Community Boards are priorities.
Tim Baker is relatively well known in the Burwood Pegasus ward for his roles on the Aranui Primary School board and Aranui Community Hall. Tim has written four books and is currently compiling his fifth book ‘Aranui Primary School Centennial. Tim has been on the Ambrosia Trust Board and currently volunteers for ‘Off the wall’ a tagging clean-up programme, removing graffiti from the Burwood Pegasus area. Tim is a big advocate for beautifying Christchurch and has ideas on reducing the volume of tagging.
Julie Gorman was born and educated in Westport and has a teaching degree and a diploma in Special Teaching Needs. She's currently employed as a liaison teacher for The Correspondence School which requires visiting students and their supervisors in their own homes across the city, wider Canterbury and the Buller area. Julie has served as a Director of a Private English School overseas as well as a deputy and acting principal at a local school. She feels she can actively represent the Pegasus Burwood Community because she has lived and worked in this area for over 40 years.
